After the accident, the group company and the branch company responded positively, carried forward the spirit of "one party has difficulties, eight parties support", under the deployment of Dongguan Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development, actively mobilized personnel and machinery, followed the command, and made full efforts to rescue. At noon on December 20, 2015, a landslide occurred in hengtaiyu Industrial Park, Guangming New District, Shenzhen City, resulting in more than 20 factory buildings buried and dozens of people lost contact. At 9:00 p.m. on December 24, our bureau received the instructions from the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development and the municipal government, requiring our bureau to immediately organize a large number of excavators, bulldozers and other large-scale mechanical equipment to the scene to participate in the rescue and rescue work. Therefore, our bureau immediately launched the emergency plan, and the relevant town (Park) planning and Construction Office (bureau) and construction engineering enterprises responded positively, dispatching 15 excavators and 11 excavators that night Bulldozer, quickly rushed to the rescue scene. Subsequently, according to the requirements of the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development and the Shenzhen headquarters, our bureau organized and dispatched more bulldozers, artillery machines and maintenance technicians to participate in the rescue and rescue. On January 4, 2016, 60 large-scale machinery and equipment (shift) and 131 personnel were dispatched to the site, which fully reflected the traditional Chinese virtues of "one side has difficulties, and the other side supports". It has been affirmed and praised by the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development and the Shenzhen Municipal government. In order to commend the advanced enterprises and encourage the industrial enterprises to actively participate in the rescue and rescue, our bureau has decided to award the participating enterprises and relevant town (Park) planning and Construction Office (bureau) the title of "advanced rescue and rescue unit (enterprise)" and give credit bonus to the enterprises. 3、 Give credit bonus to advanced enterprises
（1） According to the "participate in rescue and relief work" clause in "Dongguan construction engineering enterprise good behavior scoring standard", credit score of participating in rescue and rescue enterprise is increased by 30 points.
（2） Additional points will be given according to the number of mechanical equipment and personnel dispatched by each enterprise and the actual working days on site. The standard is as follows: 8 points will be added for each machine of mechanical equipment (including driver), and 2 points will be added for each manager and maintenance personnel per day (see the attachment for details).
