At 9:00 a.m. on January 24, amid the solemn national anthem, the fourth session of the 11th Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was solemnly opened in Nanchang. Jiang Wei, Secretary of Jiangxi provincial Party committee, attended the opening meeting. Huang Yuejin, chairman of the CPPCC Provincial Committee, made a work report on behalf of the Standing Committee of the 11th Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, and Xiao Guangming, vice chairman of the CPPCC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, made a report on the work of proposals since the third session of the 11th CPPCC Committee.

More than 600 CPPCC members from the whole province participated in the meeting and jointly performed the functions of political consultation, democratic supervision and participation in and discussion of state affairs. The construction of a highly intelligent parking management system is a key step to alleviate traffic congestion and solve the problem of urban parking. Through the intelligent parking management system, citizens can use mobile phone app to query parking space, and realize one-stop service of parking reservation, payment and recharge. The intelligent parking system can not only avoid the driver's behavior of evading the parking fee, but also prevent the parking space manager and the driver from setting the parking fee privately, so as to achieve the purpose of standardizing parking and maintaining good traffic order. According to the schedule of the "two sessions", Comrade Nie Shunjin also attended the first plenary session of the fifth session of the 12th Provincial People's Congress and listened to the work report of the government. Nie Shunjin said that he was very encouraged to listen to the important speech made by the leaders. In the new year, we should conscientiously implement the spirit of the third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the 11th and 12th plenary sessions of the 13th provincial Party committee, closely focus on the major strategic deployment and development layout of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, take the initiative to adapt to the new normal in the development process, and adhere to the "16 character" policy.
