Job responsibilities:

1. Carry out the work under the direct leadership of the project manager, implement the policy of safety first and prevention first, do a good job of safety prevention measures according to the regulations, and implement the safety work, so as to realize the benefits and safety, and the safety must be stressed in production;

2. Familiar with construction drawings, various construction organization design schemes and construction safety, quality and technical schemes;

3. Be familiar with the progress plan of each single project, manpower and material resources plan, machines and tools, appliances and equipment plans, and be responsible for implementation;

4. Be responsible for arranging various construction tasks according to the plan;

5. Assist the project manager to fulfill the terms of the construction contract, ensure the smooth construction and maintain the reputation and economic benefits of the enterprise;

6. According to the requirements of building civilized construction site, carry out construction management and specific implementation;

7. Implement the overall project schedule and monthly schedule, and track and manage the monthly schedule of each construction team;

8. Issue the construction task statement and material quota requisition list to each team;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above

2. Architecture related major

3. Engineer and above professional title, construction personnel post certificate

4. More than years of engineering construction experience

5. Familiar with the construction drawings, the preparation of various work plans and construction schemes, strong professional ability.
