In view of the key and difficult problems in the safety production of various construction projects, we should take effective measures to solve them seriously. We will always maintain a high degree of vigilance and strict control, spare no effort to ensure that no production safety accidents occur during the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and create a good social environment for the victory of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The company immediately set up a quality and safety inspection leading group to strengthen the supervision and inspection of key projects, key parts and key links, and urge the project departments of projects under construction to do a good job in the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers on the construction site, and effectively eliminate the potential safety hazards. Strengthen the inspection on the implementation of the safety production responsibility system of each project department under construction, whether the three-level safety education of deep foundation pit, tall formwork support, ultra-high scaffold, construction electricity and construction site safety education are strictly implemented, and the key parts such as "four openings and five edges" and temporary buildings on the construction site, construction fence and site fire prevention are strengthened, especially for the construction tower crane, elevator, material elevator, etc Heavy machinery and hanging basket for high-altitude operation shall be checked one by one without leakage. Rectification sheet shall be issued immediately for potential safety hazards found in the inspection, and the construction site shall be urged to rectify in time, and the rectification review shall be carried out. If the rectification is not carried out according to the specification requirements, corresponding punishment shall be imposed.

Take the lead in establishing and deepening safety awareness and unifying ideological understanding. We should set up the safety management concept of "safety first, prevention first" and "safety without trifles", put an end to fluke mentality, and eliminate the work attitude that has nothing to do with one's own affairs. We should resolutely put an end to the abnormal production behaviors such as blindly shortening the construction period, rushing production, not in place construction organization and management confusion. Strictly implement the safety production responsibility system at all levels of the group company, the shift system for the construction site of the person in charge of the enterprise and the person in charge of the project, and the system of level by level inspection of safety production, investigation and rectification of potential accidents.

The management personnel on the construction site should pay close attention to the safety production of the project, solve the possible problems and dangers in time, and ensure that there is no risk. At the same time, the 24-hour duty system and the shift system of the project leader shall be implemented for each project, so as to timely and comprehensively grasp the construction safety dynamics and ensure the smooth flow of information. All kinds of emergency plans for production safety should be improved, and emergency response procedures and response measures should be clarified. In case of any emergency or abnormal situation, it is necessary to deal with it in a timely, proper and scientific manner, and report it to the public in a timely and truthful manner according to the regulations, so as to effectively improve the on-site handling capacity.
