On November 4, 2015, the 2014-2015 Luban Award (national high quality project) of China Construction Engineering announced on the website of China Architecture Association, and the project of "Ganzhou bank financial building" undertaken by our company was included in the list.

It is understood that the Luban Prize has the most strict selection process in the selection process. It adheres to the principle of "high standards, strict requirements, selecting the best from the best, and preferring to be short rather than excessive", and sets strict selection conditions for the applied projects. On the premise of reaching the specified scale, the declared project must be a new project that has been listed in the construction plan of various regions or departments, strictly performed the basic procedures of project construction, formed production capacity or use function, and completed the comprehensive acceptance inspection after more than one year after the completion of the project. In addition to meeting the national and industrial standards, the construction quality must also reach the leading level of similar projects in China. The project of "Ganzhou bank financial building" which is incorporated into Luban Prize by our company has a total construction area of 58840.8m2 and a building height of 99.95m. There are two floors underground and 25 floors above the ground. It is a comprehensive financial building integrating financial office, scientific research and business. At the beginning of the project construction, the Luban Prize standard was used to implement the construction, and a project management team with emphasis on technology, quality and management was equipped to manage and supervise the whole process. The project was successfully pushed forward with quality and quantity. After the project was put into use, it was highly appraised by the owner and the supervision unit.
