The group held the final meeting of "organization management manual"

On the morning of April 27, the group held a special meeting to finalize the organization and management manual of Jiangxi Changnan construction group. Mr. Nie Shunjin, chairman of the board, attended and delivered an important speech. More than 40 middle-level and above leaders attended.

Since March 18, Jiangxi Changnan Construction Group has set up a system revision working group with Zhou Rongping as the group leader, Chen Yan as the Deputy group leader, Li Wenjie as the management consultant, and the responsible persons of various functional departments as the members. It took more than one month to carry out the thematic revision of the organization and management manual after three centralized discussions, and finally formed the organization management manual Management manual, Second Edition.

At the final meeting, chairman Nie pointed out: the purpose of organizing the revision of this special topic is to straighten out the structure, sort out the responsibilities and clarify the responsibilities, so as to ensure that each department and every employee is clear about their own work responsibilities, so as to avoid the phenomenon of prevarication and wrangling in daily work.
